In March of 2019, I started my first food business, called SHOOTZ.
Before starting Shootz, I was consulting for 8 and 9 figure retail and e-commerce brands for digital marketing.
I applied everything I knew in the digital marketing space to restaurant marketing.
We began by running pop-ups, food markets, and catering.
We built a buzz, and generated some income all throughout 2019 and 2020, even during the pandemic.
We opened our first location in September of 2020, in the height of the pandemic.
Our marketing and branding strategies paid off...
We had lines wrapped around the place for 9 months straight.
In 12 months, we generated $1.9 million in sales.
We opened 2 more locations in 2022, and have 2 more set to open in 2023.
And honestly, we're just getting started..
Since then, I opened up 2 more restaurants (Buenos Migos and Breezy) and a dessert shop called Sweet G's.
My restaurants have been featured in major publications and news outlets such as, Food Beast, LA Eater, LA Times, ABC 7 News, CBS, the Destination LA TV show, and much more..
